Transport and unloading
The customer receives the product at the delivery address they indicated, the transport company calls and agrees with the recipient on the unloading schedule. Delivery does not include moving the product inside the building. Delivery costs include unloading the load at one location. The unloading place must be clearly assigned to the delivery, which must be located in such a way that it is possible to carry out the unloading directly from the vehicle. Pursuant to the Road Transport Contracts Act, the person carrying out the transport procured by Suomen Sokkelieriste Oy is responsible for any damages that may have occurred during the transport up to the delivery address indicated on the load and freight note.
The customer must make sure that the road conditions at the place of delivery allow the vehicle fleet to move to the unloading place. The customer must designate an accessible and safe place for unloading the load.
The recipient of the goods must check the packaging and acknowledge receipt of the products according to the consignment note. Any comments regarding the number and condition of the packages must be noted in this context in the acknowledged load book that remains with the driver. Other possible remarks and complaints must be made within 7 days of the delivery of the goods. Posti and Matkahuolto will notify you by text message and/or email when the package is available for pickup. Store the product away from rain and moisture.
Procedure in case of transport damage:
- Upon receipt, a reminder is made in the consignment note with the carrier’s receipt. Compensation can only be claimed if
1) an individualized written reminder (deficiency/damage) has been made in the waybill upon receipt of the shipment.
2) a written complaint about latent damage has been made to the carrier within 7 business days.
Without such complaints, the shipment has been accepted in perfect condition, and compensation cannot be applied for.
- The claim for compensation is made with the value of the goods that they had when accepted for transport in the location where they were accepted for transport. The claim may include a freight charge for broken/missing goods.
- Damaged goods must be kept for a possible inspection. A claim for compensation for goods disposed of without permission cannot be processed. Ownership of the damaged goods to be compensated is transferred to the person performing the compensation if he so wishes. The recipient is responsible for the possible disposal costs of damaged goods.
Delivery time
Delivery of the products to the delivery address in Finland approximately 3 weeks after the order. Outside Finland (EU-area) 4-6 weeks and outside EU 6-10 weeks.
Possible delivery time estimates are based on notifications from suppliers and are indicative. A delay in delivery does not entitle you to cancel the order. We do not compensate for damage caused by the delay. We do not compensate for the loss of income caused by the delay.
Pickup orders
Contact sales and arrange a pick-up time, pick-up is free of charge. Pick up from Joensuu, Kontioniemi, Finland.
Order
Ordering products is binding. The products are delivered according to the order and the customer is charged in full. The customer is obliged to receive the ordered products.

WARRANTY AND RETURN
Warranty
Amperla Thermo insulation and cladding board has a 25-year coating guarantee. The crushed stone used in the insulation and cladding board is a domestic natural product, which is why color differences may appear. Color differences are not covered by the warranty.
Disclaimer
Since the conditions and requirements in different situations vary, Suomen Sokkelieriste Oy’s responsibility is always limited to the correctness of the information provided. Information and matters beyond Suomen Sokkelieriste Oy’s responsibility include (regardless of whether the matter has been specifically noted) e.g. structures, storage and processing, interaction with other products, work performance, and the conditions prevailing in the product’s respective destination. The manufacturer refrains from product liability and damages to the property if the insulation and cladding board of the Amperla Thermo plinth is installed in such a way that the structural physics of the object has changed. In construction, however, choices are always made project-specific and by the decision of the project parties and suitability.
Return
The consumer has the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days from the moment of purchase. For a possible return, please contact info@sokkelieriste.com first. Refunds can only be made to the payment method used against Suomen Sokkelieriste Oy’s written confirmation. The amount of the return credit is 100% of the value of fault-free products. The returner of the goods is responsible for the transport arrangements and costs to the location indicated by Suomen Sokkelieriste. If the product is damaged during the return, the returner is responsible for replacing the products as separately agreed with Suomen Sokkelieriste.
We do not accept returns for special products (thickness 20mm, 50mm, 70mm or 90mm; height 600mm or 300mm, beveled, grooved plate or angle. 30mm and 40mm 600 or 300 high beveled or grooved plate or angle, 300 high straight-edged plate ). In any other cases, returns must always be agreed in advance by email.
Refunds can only be made against Suomen Sokkelieriste Oy’s written confirmation. The person returning the goods is responsible for the costs incurred by the return.
SHIPPING
Shipping methods and freight
We deliver your order directly to your door via Kaukokiito.
Suomen Sokkelieriste Oy / Amperla Thermo’s online store only delivers products to mainland Finland, which has a fixed road connection. If you want to order products to Åland, archipelago areas, islands in inland waters (no road connection) or northernmost Finland, it is a good idea to first contact our customer service and make sure if delivery is possible and if it will cause additional costs.
If the recipient cannot be reached from the given mobile phone number, we are not obliged to deliver the goods.
If the delivery is delayed because the recipient cannot be reached at the agreed time, the costs of storing the goods will be charged to the customer. If the recipient has not been reached within 7 days, the goods will be returned to the original address and the incurred costs will be charged to the customer. In this case, the remainder of the transaction amount will be returned to the customer.
The delivery costs include unloading the load in one place as tailboard unloading. If the demolition takes place as a hiab demolition at the customer’s request, a separate invoice will be charged according to the actual cost.
Freight costs
Boards and corner pieces are delivered via long distance. Freight delivery costs are determined by the total cubes of the order. S-size cargo package €110.00, M-size cargo package €150, L-size cargo package €190 and XL-size cargo package €230 (prices incl. VAT 24%). You will see the final price at checkout. The price of deliveries north of the archipelago and the Arctic Circle is determined on a case-by-case basis.

PAYMENT METHODS – AND TERMS
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

The Paytrail payment forwarding service forwards your payment to the merchant. If Paytrail Oyj appears on your bank statement or credit card bill, we have forwarded your payment.
The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the legal obligations related to the sale as well as other obligations defined by itself. If you want to complain or return the product, you should contact the online store from which the product was ordered.
Bank charges
You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpanki, Osuuspanki, POP bank, Säästöpanki, S-banken and Ålandsbanken. Your bank statement shows Paytrail Oyj as the payee, we forward your payment to the online retailer. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.
Credit card payments
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Payment by card is made using a securely protected payment form and the payment card information is not stored in the online store’s systems.
Mobile payment methods
Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto are services that work in the application, with which you can pay for online purchases as a bank transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by accepting the payment in the respective application.
Pivo also accepts Siirto payments, which means that the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Siirto. Apple Pay is a service that works on an Apple device, which allows you to pay for purchases with a payment card connected to the device.

If you wish, you can make additional repayments or pay off the loan at any time without additional costs.
With a credit limit, you keep your consumption within the limits you want.
You can apply for OP Tililuotto if you are at least 23 years old and have a Finnish bank domain name.
If you have made purchases with OP Tililuoto, you can see the information about your credit in OP’s financing
in the online service. In the online service you can see e.g. your credit limit, the amount of credit available to you and the status of your invoices.
OP Tililutotto is a responsible payment method
Credit decisions are based on an overall assessment of solvency. In order to make an overall assessment, we will ask you in the application e.g. employment information and income and debt servicing expenses. In addition, we check your credit information from the credit information register.
What does using OP Tililuoto cost?
OP Tililuotto offers a 30-day interest-free payment period for every purchase and the option to pay in installments. The monthly loan installment includes a billing fee of EUR 5.00, and when paying in installments, the nominal interest rate is OP-prime + 9.50%.*
The minimum monthly installment is 50 euros. However, you will not pay any costs if the account credit does not have a debt balance. You can also make additional repayments at any time or pay off the entire loan without additional costs.
* The account credit is a continuous credit, the effective annual interest rate for a credit of 5,000 euros is 14.57%, when the interest rate on the credit is OP-prime + 9.50% (12.20% 5/23), the establishment fee is €0 and the invoicing fee is €5/month . The estimated total cost of the loan is €8,341.38. The calculation is made on the assumption that the credit has been withdrawn in full, the interest on the credit as well as the payments and fees remain the same throughout the credit period and the credit is repaid in installments of 85 euros every month, in which case the credit period is 99 months. Invoicing and installment services via Paytrail are offered by OP, Collector, Jousto and Mash (formerly Euroloan). Collector also offers an invoice and installment payment option for business customers.
